Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Thozhil. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.
01What Thozhil does
Thozhil collects public job listings, scores how well each one fits your background, tailors your resume to a specific posting, finds who to write to at that company, and drafts an application email.
You review and send everything. Thozhil prepares drafts; it does not send email on its own, and it does not apply to jobs on your behalf.
02Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
- One account per person. Keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at adhityaganesh49@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
03Your responsibilities
Your resume must be accurate and yours. Thozhil rewrites emphasis and wording; it must never be used to claim experience you do not have. The tailoring is checked against your original resume, but the truth of that resume is yours to stand behind.
Every email sent from your account is yours. Drafts are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, awkward, or subtly inaccurate. Read before sending. Once you press Send, that message went from you.
Do not use Thozhil to:
- send bulk unsolicited mail, or anything a reasonable person would call spam;
- contact anyone who has asked you to stop;
- misrepresent who you are or what you have done;
- scrape, resell or redistribute job listings or contact data obtained through the service;
- attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- break the law, or the terms of Google, LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound or any other platform the service touches.
Contact details surfaced by Thozhil are business contact details, provided so you can make a genuine, individual approach about a specific role. Using them for marketing lists or bulk outreach is a breach of these terms and may breach data protection law.
04AI-generated content
Fit scores, tailored resumes, draft emails, company research and the roadmap are produced by AI models. They are estimates and drafts, not advice and not fact.
- A fit score is an opinion about a match, not a prediction about an outcome.
- Company research is assembled from public pages and may be out of date.
- A draft email may contain mistakes. You are the last check before it is sent.
Do not treat any output as legal, financial or career advice.
05Third-party content
Job listings, company information and contact details come from third-party sources and public websites. We do not control them and cannot guarantee they are accurate, current or complete. A listing may be filled or withdrawn before you see it.
Thozhil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, job board or platform whose listings appear in the product.
06What we do not promise
Thozhil does not guarantee interviews, replies, offers or employment. It reduces the work of applying well; it does not decide who gets hired.
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job, contact or email will be found or delivered.
07Your content
You keep ownership of your resume and everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your files, process them with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and generate documents and drafts on your instruction.
We do not use your resume or your outreach to train generalised AI models.
08Availability and changes
Thozhil is under active development. Features may change, and we may add, alter or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially affects you, we will say so in the product.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the email sending, or puts the service or its other users at risk.
09Closing your account
You can stop using Thozhil at any time. To delete your account and data, write to adhityaganesh49@gmail.com; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers and how long it takes.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, Thozhil is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or the outcome of any application, email or hiring decision.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
